As I start my journey to IMO government House come May 2019, here is a tip of one of the key promises of my incoming administration. You will get more detail in terms of content from September 2017!!!
All primary to secondary schools will be stripped to basic playgrounds as this picture depicts.

This will free over 10% of govt expenditure annually and 30% of household incomes in my state so they can apply same to more 'important' needs eg .. Health-care , Retirement savings, own housing , community developmental activities , recreation and enjoyment. This will also save the high blood pressure my people go through at the moment seeking schools fees and consumables to pay for their children to enter some of the very profitable 'business centered' we send our 5 year olds to at the moment etc.
All schools up to primary four (4) will be like this picture shows ... No frills, no fancy. This includes private schools in my state- or you can move to another state. After all, I will be the CEO of the state!!! chikena!!!
This ensures no huge cost and so no huge maintenance input including teachers salaries , infrastructures like power, buildings etc.
You see, I told you ......Absolute Change is coming to IMO state in 2019!!!
