WAEC Rate under Ezekwesili
For a fact, WAEC pass rate was worst in Oby Ezekwesili's time as education minister - 2005/2006.
How come she has been an opinion leader in areas of education and no one has questioned her over her work in mid 2000s when she was minister for education?
