Nigeria is a very diverse enclave and we need to remain sensitive to that.
I would rather we go for 'Quota with Merit'. This can be achieved ... Takes some work deliver achieve and we have to do that work.
Nigeria's diversity needs to be respected!
I love the talk about getting ... the best from wherever they come from ... Usually easier said than done..
